You've been on the pop, right ? I was lucky enough to watch ZZ play live at least 50 odd times when he was a youngster. It was clear he was different gravy. The thing I loved about him was that he played like a kid who'd learnt on the street. He just loved getting stuck in and took no shit whatsoever. TBF, you'd never have imagined he would become the player he did.
Gazza wan't fucking fit to clean his boots. Diego is number one for me, well above Pele. He practically won the fucking thing on his own.

Maradona was the one player I have seen more or less win the World Cup on his own with a decentish team and he elevated Napoli to places they never deserved to be.
Zidane had a bloody good team around him (apart from Guivarch). He was the difference though.

Theres a clip of his performance against Brazil in World Cup 2006. Up there with the best performances by any player.

The fact he finished his career off with a headbutt...puts him at the top of the list for me. He's still serving a ban for that I believe.

Obviously a cheating bastard, but from an era where you could still get away with kicking lumps out of players and no one would have been targeted more.
Probably even have Messi above zidane.
